My friend, a middle aged lady, has been working for a long time at a multinational business
firm. In the course of years she reached a good position through hard work. She was working
dominantly with male colleagues. Sometimes it was difficult for her to accept or agree with
their opinions. This situation caused her agitation on some occasions, but she kept quiet and
continued her work.
She asked me to help her make a decision regarding a specific event her company
was organizing. The business event was an acknowledgement day ending with a gala dinner at
one of the HILTON Hotels in town. She lacked confidence to participate at the event because
of her bad luck in the past at similar events.
The Question:
How is the acknowledgement event going to affect me, what can I expect as a result?
The question was asked on 27.04.2025:
Message of the Kwa with reference to GMC’s Chue Yi the 64 hexagrams.
Quote:
“If you receive this hexagram your luck is changing for the better. You have a lot of potential.
everything is going to be fine. The hexagram is made up of all yang lines. Symbol of a dragon
or a leader.”
As the Dice I Ching predicts” Everything is going to be fine. “The Yang Metal Body /KIN/
has Ying / DOEY/ Metal and Yang Metal support /KIN/ in the: Using, Mutual 1 & Mutual 2
plus the Changing Kwas. They are all metal elements.So the Yang Metal KIN representing
the person is strong.
The using element Yin metal DOEY represents the event What is it likely to be?
Doye means: Joy, Passion and Celebration. So the event is going to support the participants
with a happy celebration.
The Timing
The Timing when the question is asked will affect the strength of the element in the Kwa. The
month when she asked the question was earth month / dragon
/so the earth is in its element. Earth is supporting the metal, like its mother, so it is beneficial.
The day
There is no FIRE trigram in the Kwas of the Dice I Ching answer. Only on the date. But
the Yin metal trigram, as using element, represents the joyful event,and refers to the mouth.
Fire can mean a lot of positive speeches and acknowledgments. Fire represents
for the metal element. The fire here is not yet strong as the season is spring.
The Using, M1, M2 and the Changing Kwa are all the same element Metal. She has the same
Yang metal, KIN as her colleagues. The Same element is supporting her at the event. The
only Yin metal standing also for the company organizing the event and having the leading role
during the event. So the Dice I Ching Kwa analysis shows that “everything will be fine “
and will run smoothly. The menu of the celebration dinner is likely to be meat as there is Yang
metal, KIN with spicy & sour sauce as for the Yin metal DOEY.
She went to the event. Everything went well.
She was given ample acknowledgments not only by the company’s director but also by
her colleagues. The menu of the celebration dinner was also as predicted.She became more
confident in her work and in her relationships with colleagues at her work.
